Mission

At Moores Garage, our lives revolve around two things...family and cars.  We're committed to bettering the functionality of both and inspiring others to do the same.  We work relentlessly to provide our customers the best possible products and service for their classics.  We take great pride in earning your trust, supporting our community and forming meaningful, lasting relationships with our customers.

Our Specialty (and Pleasure)

Our niche market allows us to focus on the vehicles below.  We certainly aren't limited to these vehicles but they are our specialty and our brand was built on servicing these vehicles.  Our goal is always to make your classic feel and drive like new and our track record to make that happen is spotless.  Give us a call and let us work our magic!

1947-1959 CHEVY PICKUPS

Classic trucks back from the brink...hard to beat the vintage muscle style of America's best-selling truck from the 1st Series advance-design Chevy pickup era.

1953-1962 CORVETTES

The "solid-axle" generation Corvettes capitalized on the public's enthusiastic reaction to Chevrolet's concept vehicle and they are absolutely stunning.

1963-1982 CORVETTES

The C2 and C3 models are often referred to as the 'mid year' Corvettes. They have an amazing body style which remains popular today.

1955-1957 CHEVY CARS

The small-block V8 changed the motorsports industry.  The "Tri-Five" era dominated showrooms and races everywhere.

Expertise?

rick moore, owner

Rick and Chris enjoy looking for anything with a good story! They have met some amazing people and have found some wonderful cars. Their adventures can be found on The Montana Barn Find. Rick is truly a classic car lover with a passion for updating the technology for “drive ability” yet keeping the character and originality they were built with.

Why RR Frames?

We want your old classic to drive like new.  Dylan Perreault, owner of RR Frames, takes the original frame rails and places them on a jig.  He welds each piece one by one so that the C4 corvette suspension bolts right in.  The modified frame comes with the cross members, torque arm and is sandblasted so that you can begin to assemble it.  We will walk you through putting it together or we can build you a rolling chassis. We are a dealer for RR Frames chassis and can order one for you or you can contact Dylan at RR Frames

About Us

Rick Moore started RR Frames with the goal of building quality frames for 1955-57 Chevy cars, 1947-59 Chevy pickups, 1953-82 Corvettes, and 53-56 Ford pickups.  The business is an evolution of his love of cars.  Rick has sold RR Frames to Dylan Perreault. Dylan worked with us for many years and helped to grow our business. Rick has always enjoyed restoring old cars and will continue to do so with his son Ricky, here at Moores Garage.  Ricky enjoys the fabrication part of our business and is very good at it. Our goal is to build your classic car or pickup with modern technology and make it fun to drive!

Moores Garage is a family-owned and operated business located in Belfry, Montana at the foothills of the beautiful Beartooth Mountains.  Rick and his wife, Casey, have two children, Alex and Ricky, a son in law Jake and two grandsons, Renner and Miles. If you happen to stop by, you will likely meet them all.

I can’t say enough about the great experience that I had with Rick and his team at RR. Rick’s depth of experience with these vehicles is priceless. His guidance kept me from making costly mistakes, if left on my own. RR delivered everything and more, on time and on budget and I’m already discussing my next project with Rick.

I met Rick 7 years ago at Back to the Fifties. He had a really nice frame for a Tri Five that had all Corvette suspension on it. Being a Tri Five guy, I wanted one. I was going to build a 55 Nomad and this would be awesome and something that nobody else has. I was thinking about having Rick do the conversion, but he talked me into doing it myself. He said if I had any questions about the build I could call him for advice. He was a man of his word. I called him countless times for advice and every time I called he always had an answer for me and always had time to talk to me about how the build was going. We got to be friends over the years and I have to say, you will not meet a nicer, kinder and smarter man anywhere. If you are thinking about getting an RR Frame I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
